To shop at, you must be 18 years old and able to pay for your order with one of the available payment methods. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT. Rokketand accepts payments such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also pay with Mobile pay. We do not charge card fees. Please note that we only deduct the amount authorized by you. As soon as you have placed an order with Rokketand, the amount corresponding to the value of the order is reserved on the account associated with the selected card/payment method. The amount will only be withdrawn when the order is dispatched. In connection with payment at Rokketand with the above means of payment, no extra fees will be imposed, as these are borne by Rokketand.



We pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days. In busy periods, it may take up to 5 working days before we are ready to send your package. If your order is delivered to a parcel shop, you must remember to pick it up before it is sent back.

Shipments in Denmark

You can choose between the following carriers.

Delivery to GLS, DAO and BRING package shop: Free shipping over DKK 500

For orders under DKK 500: DKK 49.

Delivery to a private address: The shipping price is DKK 59.

Expected delivery time is 1-4 working days.

Delivery with GLS: The shipping price is DKK 139

Expected delivery time is 4-7 working days.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the package's shipping information and a link so you can track your package online. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear. If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact us through our customer service.


As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.

 The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. 

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.


Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase. 



Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. 


The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.


Refund of the purchase amount 

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for. 

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Consumers are given a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act on all goods purchased in our webshop. The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation, if your complaint is justified. The complaint does not apply to damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. 

Rokketand will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified . The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact . If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus . 

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
